On geologiadesegovia.info we have published news about the activities taken place around the Zarzuela del Monte´s geologial heritage like the ones that walked the geological sites with kids looking for stones with singular dimensions or shapes or the trips that, with the help of small GPS devices, use the geocache as a way to discover the geology. Now, after months of hard work by Pedro Lopez, we are glad to present a new website where all the information related with the geological heritage of the town´s surrounding areas is collected.
With a modern and elegant design, the website is based in a list of singular stones and, from that point, the user can learn more about the berrocal, but also prepare trips using the maps that can be downloaded, enjoy the pictures o know what are the legends related with each stone. Also, there is a section dedicated to the activities that are organized by the neighbors.
